What is an organic product?

A natural product is a seed bearing structure and creates from a blossoming plant. A natural product is a sweet and meaty result of a tree or a plant and can be eaten as nourishment, without cooking.

  • Apples and pears
  • Citrus – oranges, grapefruits, mandarins and limes
  • Stone Fruit – nectarines, apricots, peaches and plums
  • Tropical and Exotic – bananas and mangoes

What is a vegetable?

A vegetable is any piece of a plant that is eaten as nourishment, for example, roots, stems, leaves and even bloom buds.

Some normal kinds of vegetable are:

  • Cruciferous – cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and broccoli
  • Marrow – pumpkin, cucumber and zucchini

Apples – Red, Green, Golden… there are a large number of assortments of apples. You can have them crude and even cook them into heavenly jam, sauces or a sweet dish.

Vegetables Example:

Broccoli – This veggie is a nearby relative of cabbage and one of the fundamental greens in an eating regimen. Have it steamed, pan-seared or in a plate of mixed greens, it is loaded with healthy benefit.
